About us

Prime Sunshine Management focuses on finding equity partners (GP & LP) to build and manage projects that appeal to the price-sensitive market by delivering accessible residential homes. These single-family and townhouse units will cater primarily to local young families in the Fort Pierce area.

The project’s average unit size is 1,600 SF, varying in floor plans of 2 Bed+Den/2 Baths and 3 Beds/2 Baths. An emphasis will be applied to spacious open floor plans and study/work areas (Den). Interior finishes will include energy-saving features, hard countertops, ceramic flooring (no carpet), and stainless steel appliances. Exterior-wise, a Key West feeling architecture will differentiate from the for-sale competitor’s conventional Mediterranean-style homes.

Riccardo Corrente

Riccardo Corrente is a managing partner responsible for PRIME SUNSHINE MANAGEMENT's overall operations, structuring, and asset management. Before co-founding PSM, Mr. Corrente worked as a project manager at his family's construction enterprise GRUPO INMOBILIARIO CENTURION S.A., managing the company’s commercial division and new developments in Mexico City. Riccardo has more than 7 years of Real Estate experience in the South Florida market, also acting as manager for ROCOR GROUP LLC, a company active in the fix & flip, fix & rent, and new construction in South Florida.

Diego Padron

Diego Padron, a key managing partner of PRIME SUNSHINE MANAGEMENT, brings his Master of Engineering degree and over 10 years of experience in property and asset management of real estate projects; from residential single-family to commercial multi-family, Mr. Padron’s goal is always to develop and add value to every project so the owner can increase profits. Furthermore, he is not only a managing partner but also an important investor with the firm, who is currently managing 100+ Units over 30+ different assets, amounting to an estimated market value of over $20M.

Alejandro Cichella

Alejandro Cichella is a raising capital partner for PRIME SUNSHINE MANAGEMENT. Since 2015, Alejandro has successfully invested in real estate in South Florida, specializing in distressed real estate assets, and creating significant value for his firm and capital partners. Mr. Cichella is also the leader of the management team of his family’s investment portfolio, providing new investment opportunities and analyzing new strategies.
